If I could give 10 stars I would. Tony from Jet Plumbing was very accommodating to rearrange his schedule to come help me in a bind. Fast knowledgeable, and an extreme pleasure to work with!! highly recommended!!!!!

I had an emergency of sorts this afternoon. Due to health reasons, I can only use the bathroom on our first floor. The toilet became clogged and although I tried for an hour to clear it with a plunger, I was unsuccessful. I called Tony from JET Plumbing as he has been our plumber for years. He said he would be at our house ASAP and he was. After a few minutes with a huge drain cleaning tool, the toilet was thankfully back on line. His service, as always, was top notch and he always smiles while he's here. If you need a plumber, look no farther. Highly recommended.

Tony and his brother did amazing work at our house! Our sink was leaking and coming down thru the ceiling below. It turned out the pipes were a mess and the sink wasn’t grounded (I think that’s the word.) They were so professional and did a great job fixing everything (including our tub which was backing up!) and also very nice. My mom actually recommended Jet Plumbing to us and she loves them as well. Definitely choose Jet Plumbing!

Highly recommend JET Plumbing. We hired JET Plumbing to remove and replace our old water heater. Tony, the owner and operator gave us top tier service. The things that stood out about our experience with JET Plumbing were the excellent workmanship, great communication and flexibility, integrity, helpfulness, kindness and overall positive attitude. Our hot water heater started leaking, and Tony from Jet Plumbing was a lifesaver. He came out Monday to look things over, it only has a small leak Monday. He went over all options in detail, to help us decide what we should do. Tuesday, it turned into an emergency and he came right away. He was easy to work with, easy to talk to, and explained things clearly. He got us out of a stressful situation fast. I would highly recommend Tony and Jet Plumbing.

Tony helped us drain, remove, and cap a leaking radiator (after hours!!) to avoid further water damage to our home. If there’s one plumber to call it’s Tony at Jet Plumbing. He is always prompt, polite, and clean( he even puts booties on before he comes in your house). He is always willing to try and help over the phone before coming out. He explains the work that needs to be done and why and never cuts corners. Once you see it for yourself you won’t call anyone else.

Our daughter moved into a new house and the hot water was running brown and cloudy. After several attempts to flush the system and troubleshoot, it was clear we needed an expert. I called Jet Plumbing at 7:30am on a Friday and asked if they could come out. Tony was there within a couple of hours and just a couple of hours after that, we had a new hot water heater. Tony and his brother were professional, efficient and friendly. Not only did he install the heater, he instructed us on how to maintain it going forward. I highly recommend Jet Plumbing. He exceeded our expectations - we never imagined we’d have a water heater the same day. Tony provided excellent service at a reasonable price.

Tony at JET Plumbing is the plumber you want on speed dial in the West Hartford area. He’s helped me with both planned projects and urgent issues—he came quickly to fix an emergency leak, fixed a toilet upstairs, and on another visit installed a new toilet downstairs. Today, Tony walked me through installing an under-sink water filtration system and a new faucet, step-by-step, so everything was done correctly and safely. Tony and his team are professional, friendly, and extremely conscientious—they communicate clearly, do clean, careful work, and are meticulous about keeping the house spotless. If you’re looking for a reliable West Hartford plumber for leak repair, toilet installation, faucet installation, or any plumbing need , I can’t recommend Tony and JET Plumbing highly enough.
